Vivian Olodun is a serial entrepreneur, author, and mom. She is the CEO of 360 marketing firm called Flourish Media and Managing Director of 501c3 Behind The Leaf, both companies are based in Miami, Florida. Her work has been seen in USA Today, Forbes Magazine, The Miami Herald, and more. Vivian has a passion for helping women get to the money faster. Vivian and her co-founder raised $15million to support women in business through an annual conference called the Flourish Media Conference. This two-day matchmaking event connects minority women business owners with angel investors, banks, and alternative funding solutions.
Vivian Olodun draws attention to her clients with marketing solutions designed to create or maintain the celebrity factor so that they can demand top dollar for their services and have more leverage in their industry. Unapologetically Black, she doesn't hide her Afro-Latino & Nigerian heritage. Vivian candidly jokes about her position as an advisor to thought leaders while facing the fact that she is often the only brown girl in the room. She is professional and witty, bravely pulling back the curtain to show that if she can do it, so can you!
Vivian is married with two girls under two years old. She recently launched a community called Made for Millions Mastermind for women small business owners with teams of 10 of less.. Her private Facebook group is growing exponentially since the pandemic as high-frequency women business owners seek out online communities that look like them.
