This 3-month one-on-one advisory plan offers a video conference based accountability program for women who want to transform their mindset around what is achievable and feel confident pursuing short term personal and professional goals.
The Refined will learn proven strategies on how to goal set and take measurable action without being distracted by small thinking or procrastination. Showing up as your best self is in the doing, that is why this program includes regular accountability sessions, where the Refined will report on their progress.
REFINE private coaching program is led by Vivian Olodun, Author of Stumbling Through Adulthood, CEO of Flourish Media and Managing Director of 501c3 Behind The Leaf which host a traveling book fair for women authors called PublisHER and Flourish Media Conference, Where Women Do Business, an annual business conference where women small business owners are introduced to willing angel investors and taught how to level up their services and products through branding, visibility, and funding.
After 17 years working with elites and acting as a consultant to high-level executives, Vivian decided to start a coaching program for women to operate at their highest level in oftentimes male dominated communities without loosing her feminine power.
Having done this journey herself, in combination with maintaining a fulfilling personal life - Vivian is unapologetic about being a driven career woman who values romance, family, and higher education. Vivian holds three degrees, has held leadership positions in corporate America before building her successful marketing firm. Vivian has firsthand knowledge that transforming your behavior will transform your life. She did it and so can you!
